Laughter...is the "Best Medicine!"

Good Morning,

Laughter....I just love to laugh!

Laughter is genetic, it is a mechanism everyone has;
Laughter is part of a universal human vocabulary. There are thousands of laughs, hundreds of thousands of dialects, but everyone speaks laughter in the same way. It is a type of communication that is understood by everyone everywhere.

Babies have the ability to laugh before they speak. A research has proven babies can laugh at 10 days old. Children who are born blind, deaf and with disabilities still have the ability to laugh.

Laughter is brought on many different ways...by tickling, a funny joke or medicine, it is contagious. Strong laughter can bring on an onset of tears, stomach cramps and yes, even lose of bladder control.
Laughter is a part of human behavior regulated by the brain. Laughter stimulates the brain and sends signals to the nervous system. Laughter has been proven to regulate your heart and blood flow.
Laughter makes you forget about your worries and pain for the moment. After laughing for any extended time, it changes your attitude and out look on life.
All over the U.S. laughter clinics are opening. Doctors are prescribing any type of comedy...such as funny movies, videos, group interaction or live comedy shows instead of medication. Some patients have been completely weaned off all medications after just a few weeks of visiting the clinic.

It is so easy to get bogged down and loose our laughter at times.
With everyday trials and problems of this world.
We as Christians should be the happiest, even though we go through trials...Why? Because we have a Hope, a Promise.
If ever you are down, just remember a funny episode of life and chuckle a little...or a lot! Lord knows we all need a Good Laugh!

    It would've been enough if he brought Peace,
   It would've been enough if he brought Joy,
   It would've been enough if he brought life,
   but he brought laughter into my soul.
