Tips on keeping a fit body....Lord knows I need it!

1. To keep a clear head, memorize the Word of God.

2. To keep a healthy heart, Love with no boundaries.

3. To keep mighty arms, reach them toward heaven.

4. To keep tender hands, give a gentle touch.

5. To keep a strong back, pick up your cross and follow
     Him.

6. To keep powerful legs, march on...

7. To keep durable knees, kneel down for prayer.

8. To keep sturdy feet, follow the path of righteousness.
