We Are Like Sheep Who Have Gone Astray...

 

 

John 10:27 & 28 reads.....

27. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

28. And I give them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

The bible refers to people as sheep, and it states that we should recognize our shepherds voice and follow it.

Unfortunately for us...sheep are dumb!

They tend to wander off away from the herd, and get themselves in situations they can't get out of alone.

We need to learn the shepeherds voice through prayer and communication. We need to learn to yield to the shepherds call and obey.

Without a good shepherd we will be lost.

The good shepherd went after the "one" lost sheep.

We are important to Him, He wants to help us and save us from tragedy....if only we yield.
