I Am Gods Masterpeice.

Have you ever seen Blown Glass? The majority of us have.

In the malls around Arizona you can find a glassblower sculpting wonderful creations in front of your eyes. I have observed this on many occasions and was completely mesmerized by their work. I recently read about the certain temperatures it takes to make the raw materials into something "Amazing and Beautiful."

A glassblower's main tool is called a blowpipe or torch. This is heated to very intense temperatures, so the glass will begin to loose form. It can reach 2000 degrees Fahrenheit , 1100 degrees Celsius...very Hot!!

In order for the glass to loose form and be reformed it is worked over and over under this extreme temperature.

On certain sculpters, the glassblower has to let the glass cool down so his creation can get hard, and then he can break it and re-heat it in order to create his masterpiece.

When the glass has been burned and melted time after time and it no longer forms, the glassblower throws it into his glass pile.  Maybe later he will try again, but eventually his pile will be thrown out completely.

We are just like one of Gods masterpieces...a living, breathing, walking masterpiece he has created.

Sometimes he has to use intense heat on us, make us hard, and break us in order to get us where we should be spiritually. It is very unpleasant at times and we are not sure of the outcome, but God knows exactly what we need done in order to make us His beautiful creation.

You may be under a Lot of Pressure, Feeling the Heat....just remember God's working on you!!
I am so glad He loves me enough to work on me and not throw me away into the glass pile.
